Eliminar tu cuenta

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de InstructorLog cuando quieras, desde la app o desde el navegador. No hace falta escribirle a nadie.

Cómo hacerlo

Entra en InstructorLog con tu usuario, desde la app o con el botón de abajo.
Abre Configuración.
En Seguridad, toca Eliminar mi cuenta.
Escribe ELIMINAR para confirmar.

Qué se borra

Tu nombre, tu correo, tu nombre de usuario y tu foto de perfil.
Tu domicilio, tus permisos, tu equipo personal y la lista de dispositivos desde los que entraste.
Tu acceso: no podrás volver a entrar con esa cuenta, y tu correo queda libre para registrarte de nuevo si algún día quieres.

Qué se conserva

Los cursos que dictaste pertenecen a la academia que los organizó, y sus alumnos los necesitan para su historial. Se conservan, pero ya no llevan tu nombre: figuran a nombre de «Usuario eliminado».

Antes de eliminarla

Si eres el único administrador de tu unidad y hay más personas en ella, primero tienes que nombrar a otro administrador. Si no, la academia se quedaría sin nadie que la administre.
Si tu academia paga una suscripción en App Store o Google Play, eliminar tu cuenta no la cancela. Cancélala desde la tienda donde la contrataste.

La eliminación es inmediata y no se puede deshacer.

Delete your account

You can delete your InstructorLog account at any time, from the app or from your browser. You don't need to contact anyone.

How to do it

Sign in to InstructorLog, in the app or with the button below.
Open Settings.
Under Security, tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, email, username and profile photo.
Your address, your permissions, your personal equipment and the list of devices you signed in from.
Your access: you will not be able to sign in with that account again, and your email becomes free to register again if you ever want to.

What is kept

The courses you taught belong to the academy that organized them, and their students need them for their training history. They are kept, but no longer carry your name: they appear under “Deleted user”.

Before you delete it

If you are the only administrator of your unit and there are other people in it, you first need to appoint another administrator. Otherwise the academy would be left with no one to manage it.
If your academy pays for a subscription on the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it from the store where you bought it.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
